Soil micronutrients vary dramatically between farms even 50km apart. Selenium, magnesium, and zinc concentrations follow geology, not packaging. Single-origin lots preserve those signatures. Blends erase them.

What Blends Hide

Most commodity-grade pouches mix harvests from a dozen suppliers to stabilize cost and supply. The downside: you lose the ability to trace any single batch back to a farm — and any single nutrient back to its source.
