Return, Refund & Cancellation.

7-Day Window

Raise return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery.

Unopened & Sealed

Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.

Cancel Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled any time before they leave our facility.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order at no charge any time before it has been dispatched from our facility. To cancel, email support@powerpulz.com with your order number, or use the cancel option in your account dashboard.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead refuse delivery or initiate a return after receipt under the return policy below.

2. Returns — Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if all of the following apply: the product is unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging; the batch and expiry markings are intact; and the request is raised within the 7-day window.

We are unable to accept returns of products that are opened, partially consumed, damaged after delivery, or past 7 days from delivery — except where the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly shipped (see Section 3).

3. Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@powerpulz.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, batch label, and packaging.

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs, after verification.

4. How To Request A Return

Email support@powerpulz.com with subject "Return Request — [Order Number]" and include the reason for return and a photo of the unopened product. Our team will review and respond within one business day.

Once approved, we will share return instructions and either arrange a pickup or share a return address. Please do not ship products back before approval.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Shipping Charges

For returns due to a change of mind, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

For damaged, defective, or wrong items, PowerPulz covers all shipping costs in both directions.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Discounted, clearance, and promotional bundles marked as final sale are not eligible for return, except where the product is defective or damaged.

Gift cards and subscriptions are non-returnable and non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Late Or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the timelines above, first check with your bank or card issuer. If the refund is still missing, contact support@powerpulz.com and we will trace it with our payment partner.
